The A.R.CA.D Foundation ensures that it collects and processes personal data that is relevant, adequate, not excessive and strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it is processed.

• Identification and contact data: the A.R.CA.D Foundation processes identification data when you request information, send newsletters or exercise your rights regarding personal data. • Transaction, payment and other economic and financial information: The A.R.CA.D Foundation is recognized as being of public utility and authorized to receive donations and legacies.
