The A.R.CA.D Foundation ensures that it collects and processes personal data that is relevant, adequate, not excessive and strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it is processed.
It may be required to collect different categories of personal data, including, but not limited to:
- Identification and contact data: the A.R.CA.D Foundation processes identification data when you request information, send newsletters or exercise your rights regarding personal data. It also processes this type of data to maintain relations with its third parties, particularly with donors. For example, without being exhaustive, this may include the first and last name, email address and telephone number.
- Transaction, payment and other economic and financial information: The A.R.CA.D Foundation is recognized as being of public utility and authorized to receive donations and legacies. The A.R.CA.D Foundation processes transaction and payment data when you register for a transfer of your assets (donations, legacies, donations, etc.) and the consequences that result from this (issuance of tax receipts, etc.).
